Add two to four drops to a facial steamer to help clear airways, sinuses and make breathing easier when suffering with colds and flu.

Two to four drops can be added to an oil burner, to help stimulate the body's immunity against infection and break down any mucus.

The refreshing aroma of eucalyptus oil is also good for soothing aches, pains and irritated, damaged skin.

Eucalyptus blends well with lavender and tea tree.
